Pope Francis Edu-Care College, the Unit for the differently abled students, is the brainchild of the Rector, Rev. Fr. Kennedy Perera. The main objective of this Unit is to provide equitable access and opportunities to education for the children with disabilities through support, accommodations and understanding.

The Unit accommodates children between the ages 3 – 19years with mild to moderate levels of cognitive and physical disabilities. Children will work according to Individual Educational Plans carefully tailored to the needs of each students. Apart from academic support, students will also receive lessons on life skills, speech therapy, occupational therapy and other facilities that would help to improve their experience in school.
